Finally,I've pick up the courage and resign.
Not sure if I've chosen the right path thou but I'm giving it a try instead. Live life with no regrets.
Shall start training all my junior staffs now so that they could survivor even without my presence.Teaching them whatever I was taught before hand. Been in the company itself is pretty tough but enjoyable just like a relationship-Up and down, Thick and thin. I will miss all my wonderful colleagues for sure. Things never come easy at all. Giving up my occupation, relationship and competition. Back to square one. Every decision made come with consequences. I'm sorry.
